Electric HIIT30 is here to challenge you! We’ll push you to your limits in just 30 minutes, so every rep counts. No warm-up, we start at max effort! HIIT training with different drills alternating high-intensity movements to raise your heart rate. Remixed or same RPM songs to keep your timing on point. We’ll ask you to start 2-4 gears higher than usual. This is a tough workout with minimal rest, but you got this! Join us for an intense workout that will leave you feeling accomplished.
