How do I book a class?

You can easily book a class using the Electric Cycle Studio app for iOS and Android, or sign up and book at www.electriccyclestudio.com

When can I sign up for a class?

Our classes go live every Sunday at 5pm PST for the following 14 days.

Do you offer Advanced Booking?

Yes, We offer advanced booking within our VIP, Gold, and Platinum Membership options which allows you to book on Saturday’s at Noon PST for the following 14 days.

Do you have a waitlist if the class is full?

Yes, If you choose to join the waitlist please be ready to show up for class. Our system will automatically bring you into the class up until 12 hours prior to the start of class time. You will receive an email notification that you have been added to the class. If you are pulled into class and you do not show up or cancel before being added off the waitlist, you will have a no-show fee of $15.

Can I pick my spot?

Yes, you may pick your bike when booking class. You can also change your spot after booking to an open bike of your choice.

Can I book for a friend?

Yes, using the Electric Cycle Studio app or our website, you may also use a credit or purchase a credit to bring a guest. You can even pick their spot too!

Do you provide towels?

Yes, we provide a towel for our riders at each ride!

Do you have water?

Yes, we have Kirkland Water ($1).  Platinum, Gold, and VIP memberships have Kirkland Water’s included in their membership.

Do you provide shoes to rent?

Yes, We rent Shimano indoor cycling shoes for $2.  Platinum, Gold, and VIP Memberships include unlimited shoe rentals.

Can I use my own cycle shoes?

Yes, our bikes are SPD compatible.

Can I ride pregnant?

Yes, we just always advise speaking with your primary physician before riding at Electric Cycle Studio.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure you can get set up properly.

Can I arrive late?

If you think you’ll be running late, please call the studio so that we don’t release your bike.
If you have not checked-in within 3 minutes of the start of class, we will release your bike to our waitlist.
The Cycle Room will close its doors 1 minute before class starts. Once doors are closed there will be no entrance allowed. This allows for class to start on time and for the class to be uninterrupted.

Is there a late cancel or no-show fee?

Yes, Occurs when a rider cancels their ride less than 12 hours before the schedule ride time or no-shows a ride they are scheduled for.  Unlimited riders are automatically charged $15 for a Late Cancel / No-Show Fee.  All other memberships & class packs result in a loss of credit.  VIP Unlimited / Unlimited members receive 1 grace cancel/no-show per billing cycle.

Is there a contract for Monthly Memberships?

Our memberships are contract-free, but require a 30 day notice for cancellation.

When does my membership become active?

Memberships are billed immediately and then become active when riders check into their first class.  Memberships will also become active in the event a rider “No-Shows,” or “Late Cancels” their first class.  This will trigger the membership billing cycle at that time.  Please be sure to review our no show and ride cancellation policy.

What is your membership cancellation policy?

We require a 30 day notice on all membership cancellation request.  During this period, all dues and charges will remain due and the membership will end after the last paid interval period.  All cancellation request must be sent to info@electriccyclestudio.com.  Cash refunds are not available for memberships or unused class credits, and promotional memberships cannot be reinstated.

Can I freeze my membership?

Promotional Memberships can be frozen for (2) 30 day periods a year for a maximum of 60 calendar days every 12 months.  Gold Memberships can be frozen for (1) 30 day period during 6 month membership.  All other memberships can be frozen for (1) 30 day period per 12 months.  Memberships can be unfrozen early, but wont be eligible for a freeze again for 12 months.

What is your refund policy?

We do not provide cash refunds on class credits, monthly passes, or memberships.  All class packs, and memberships are non-refundable, non-transferrable. If you cancel a promotional membership, we will not be able to reinstate it at a later time.  If you have purchased a retail item, the item must be unworn, with tags still attached to receive a refund within 7 days of purchase.
