Terms & Conditions

Updated: November 17th, 2025

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they contain important information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. By using this website or our studio app, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

The Electric Cycle Studio website and studio app allows users to receive information about Electric Cycle Studio, as well as book classes, cancel, and pay for services and products offered at Electric Cycle Studio.

BOOKING POLICY

To book a class at Electric Cycle Studio, you must have a valid class credit or membership to reserve a bike. To buy an individual class credit or membership, you can either sign up on electriccyclestudio.com by using your email and creating a password or if you are already registered, click login to buy a class credit or membership and make your reservation.

Please download the Electric Cycle Studio App to your iPhone or Android before coming to the studio. Once you’re within 100 meters of the front desk, you’ll be able to check into class from your phone. If you do not have a phone, please approach the desk upon arrival and we’ll check you in there. If you do not check in, we may release your bike to another guest 2 minutes before the start of class. DO NOT ASSUME THE FRONT DESK STAFF KNOWS YOU ARE IN ATTENDANCE. Additionally, checking in for other clients is prohibited.

Unlimited, Limited, Credit Pack, Single Class Drop-In Credits Defined:

Unlimited Membership: An unlimited membership allows members to book and take as many classes as they desire during the billing period. There are no limits on the number of rides a member can take, providing flexibility and the opportunity to engage in as many sessions as they wish within the membership term.

  • Limited Membership: A limited membership is a type of membership that allows a member to participate in a specified number of rides within a billing cycle. Once the member uses up the allotted number of rides, they cannot take additional classes until the next billing cycle, unless they purchase additional credits or upgrade their membership.
  • Class Pack: A class pack is a package of a certain number of rides that can be purchased separately from a membership. These rides can be used at any time up until the expiration date of the pack. Once all the rides in the pack are used or the pack expires, the user must purchase another pack or use another form of credit to continue taking classes.
  • Single Class Drop-In Credit: A single class drop-in credit is a credit that allows the holder to attend one specific class. This credit can be used any time before its expiration date. It is ideal for individuals who want to try a class without committing to a membership or a class pack.

CANCELLATION, LATE CANCEL, & NO SHOW POLICIES

Unlimited Membership:

To cancel an Electric Cycle Studio class you reserved using an unlimited membership, you may do so without penalty by cancelling online, via the mobile app, or by calling the studio NO LATER THAN 12 HOURS BEFORE the start of your scheduled class. If you cancel your bike within 12 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED CLASS , you will be charged a $13 late cancel fee . If you NO SHOW, you will be charged an $18 no-show fee . If you do not have a working card on file, your account will be temporarily frozen until you update the card on file, at which time the late cancellation fee will be charged, and your account will be reinstated.

Limited Membership, Class Pack, or Single Class Drop-In Credit:

To cancel an Electric Cycle Studio class you reserved using a Limited Membership, Class Pack, or Single Class Drop-In Credit, you may do so without penalty by canceling online, via the mobile app, or by calling the studio NO LATER THAN 12 HOURS BEFORE the start of your scheduled class. If you cancel your bike within 12 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED CLASS , you will be charged a $13 late cancel fee . If you NO SHOW , you will be charged an $18 no-show fee . You will retain your credit but be subject to our late cancel / no-show fee policy.

Guest Bookings:

If you book for a guest, you are solely responsible for your guest’s reservation. If your guest late cancels or no-shows, you are responsible for the $13 late cancel fee or $18 no-show fee , depending on the situation. Please be cautious when booking for a guest due to these reasons.

Cancellation Methods:

Cancellations via electronic mail (email), Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or text message will not be taken, and you will be charged.

WAITLIST POLICY

If you book multiple classes or waitlist multiple classes, you are solely responsible for canceling your classes within the bounds of the cancellation policy. Electric Cycle Studio staff cannot be held responsible for accidental bookings by clients or double bookings or double waitlisted classes made by clients. Late cancel and no-show fees apply if you do not cancel within the bounds of the cancellation policy for double bookings.

The system will auto-populate clients into class from the waitlist as other clients with confirmed spots cancel. This auto-population feature cuts off 12 hours prior to the start of class. After the auto-population closes, if a spot opens up due to a cancellation, we will send text messages to all remaining riders on the waitlist for that particular ride. Spots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis to those who respond to the message.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not provide cash refunds on class credits, monthly passes, or memberships.  All class packs, and memberships are non-refundable, non-transferrable. If you cancel a promotional membership, we will not be able to reinstate it at a later time.  If you have purchased a retail item, the item must be unworn, free from any marks or stains, with tags still attached to receive a refund within 7 days of purchase.  If you have a circumstance under which you need a refund, please contact info@electriccyclestudio.com with your inquiry.

AUTO-DEBITED CONTRACTS, LIMITED & UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS

The following terms and conditions apply if you are enrolled in an auto-debit contract:

I, the Client, authorize Electric Spin Club LLC dba Electric Cycle Studio to, on a recurring basis, automatically charge the debit or credit card account I specified, for monthly payments due on my unlimited or limited auto-debit plan associated with my account.

I understand that Electric Cycle Studio will initiate transfers/charges pursuant to this authorization not to exceed the amount shown on my auto-debit contract and/or in connection with cancellation fees according to the Electric Cycle Studio cancellation policy. Electric Cycle Studio will initiate charges each month on the date my contract is set to renew.

Memberships are billed immediately and become active when riders check into their first class.  Memberships will also become active in the event a rider “No-Shows,” or “Late Cancels” their first class.  This will trigger the billing cycle, and process the “No-Show,” or “Late Cancel” fee at that time.  Please be sure to review our no show and ride cancellation policy. Memberships are billed on a month to month basis.
