ELECTRIC CYCLE STUDIO / HERE FOR YOU

PRIVACY POLICY.

2026 EDITION · OCTOBER 16, 2026

Your information. Clear choices. This policy explains how Electric handles information across our website, app, booking services, and studio.

1. Information we collect

Electric Spin Club LLC, doing business as Electric Cycle Studio (“Electric,” “we,” “us”), collects information through our website, mobile app, booking services, studio visits, and communications. This includes information you provide, records created by your use of our services, and information from providers that operate those services.

Account and contact details: name, email, phone number, account identifiers, and profile information such as date of birth or mailing address when supplied. Bookings and purchases: memberships, ride credits, reservations, waitlists, attendance, cancellations, payment status, and transaction history. Payment credentials are processed by our payment providers.

Communications: inquiries, support messages, agreements, waivers, and preferences. Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, website or app interactions, and diagnostic information collected to operate, secure, and evaluate the services.

Membership cancellation forms collect your name, account email, optional phone number, typed electronic signature, acknowledgments, and submission date and time. The signed record includes the cancellation terms you acknowledged, a reference number, and optional feedback. We use it to document your notice, process the request, confirm billing and access dates, respond to questions, and address billing disputes. Webflow receives the form and our Webflow Cloud service prepares and privately stores the receipt and supporting records. Resend delivers a branded PDF copy to the email you provide and to info@electriccyclestudio.com. Google Workspace handles studio email, operational alerts, and private Google Drive backups. We retain delivery-status records to identify failed or bounced receipts. Relevant membership records remain in Mariana Tek. Please use the email associated with your membership and do not include medical or payment-card details in optional feedback. The separate marketing choice is optional and is not required to cancel.

If you request statutory cancellation because of relocation, we ask for your new residential address, move date, and reasonable supporting documentation to verify the request. You may redact unrelated sensitive information and provide reasonable alternatives when standard documents are unavailable. Submit notice first; our team will provide document-submission instructions. Do not put proof documents, identification numbers, or financial details in the optional feedback form. We use relocation evidence for cancellation review and related records, with access limited to staff and service providers who need it to process the request or meet legal obligations. We do not use it for advertising.

2. Health and fitness information

Class reservations, attendance, check-ins, and ride counts are linked to your studio account. We use these records for bookings, credits, class history, participation programs, and account support.

If you voluntarily share an injury, limitation, medical concern, or accommodation request, relevant details may be recorded to support setup, participation, accessibility, or safety. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Share only what is necessary; do not send detailed medical records through ordinary email or the general contact form.

Access is limited to authorized staff and providers, including Mariana Tek/Xplor, who need the information for these services. Disclosure may also be necessary for applicable legal obligations or a serious safety emergency, subject to law. We do not sell or rent health and fitness data, disclose it to advertising networks or data brokers, or use it for targeted advertising audiences. Other marketing provisions in this policy do not override these restrictions.

Optional health information is your choice. Where a feature requires separate consent, we request it before processing. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@electriccyclestudio.com. Limited retention exceptions are explained below.

3. How information is used and disclosed

We use information to provide studio services, manage accounts, process transactions, respond to requests, send service notices, maintain security, resolve problems, and meet legal obligations. Promotional communications are subject to your choices and applicable law.

Service providers used or configured for these services support booking and studio management (Mariana Tek/Xplor), payment processing, website hosting, forms, and private cancellation-record storage (Webflow and Webflow Cloud), spam prevention (Cloudflare Turnstile), accessibility tools (UserWay), on-demand video playback and delivery (Vimeo), transactional receipt delivery (Resend), and studio email, operational automation, and private backups (Google Workspace, including Gmail and Drive). Providers receive information relevant to their work. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or complete a business transfer with applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money; advertising-related sharing must be assessed separately.

4. Contact forms and email updates

The contact form requests your name, email, subject, and message so we can respond. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing. Newsletter signup requests an email address, optional first name, and affirmative permission to receive Electric updates and offers. Joining the list is optional and is not a condition of riding.

We use signup and consent records to manage the list and your preferences. Promotional email includes an unsubscribe option. You can also email info@electriccyclestudio.com to leave the list. Necessary booking, purchase, safety, or account communications may continue. Newsletter consent does not authorize marketing text messages.

5. Cookies, tracking, and privacy choices

Our website uses essential technologies for security, service operation, and remembering your cookie choice. If you select Allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits to our public information pages using cookie identifiers, page information, and basic browser or device information. Our website analytics is not enabled on booking, account, purchase, waiver, contact, newsletter-signup, or cancellation pages. It does not send form answers, signatures, account identifiers, or payment details. Use Cookie choices in the footer to allow analytics or keep it off; you can change your choice at any time. We store the choice in your browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent disables our Analytics connection, clears its cookies, and reloads the page. A supported Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal keeps our optional analytics off. Google Signals, customer-provided data collection, and advertising personalization are disabled in this setup. Google Analytics user and event data retention is set to 14 months; user retention can reset with new activity. We promote Electric through boosted Instagram posts, but this website setup does not include a Meta pixel.

Embedded services have their own privacy practices and controls. Our website’s Cookie choices control Electric’s optional Google Analytics; they do not automatically control cookies or requests within outside services. Within Mariana Tek booking and account screens, use Cookie Settings to manage Performance Cookies; essential functions remain available. We have not enabled Meta PageView or Lead tracking on the 2026 hosted waiver. Vimeo playback uses its Do Not Track parameter to suppress session analytics, but essential security cookies may remain and previously stored Vimeo cookies may still accompany requests. Playing a video also requires connections to Vimeo and its delivery services. UserWay stores accessibility preferences in browser storage; its documentation says those preferences are not used for tracking or marketing. UserWay may separately process technical and usage information to operate, protect and improve its services. We have not enabled UserWay’s optional Usage Stats or its Google Analytics connection. Electric’s Google Analytics connection does not collect accessibility-profile or feature selections. Resend open and click tracking is not configured for cancellation receipts; when receipts are sent, delivery and failure records help us confirm delivery and investigate problems. Mariana’s tracking-container ownership and contents, server-side events, provider privacy-signal handling, actual browser Global Privacy Control, and final-domain behavior remain under verification. We will update this notice and the relevant controls before enabling additional tracking.

6. Device permissions and outside services

A feature that requires a device permission requests that permission before access. You can manage permissions in your device settings. Revoking permission stops future access covered by that permission; it does not automatically delete stored account information. This policy does not claim that a particular health-platform integration is enabled.

Links to Apple Maps, Google Maps, Instagram, Spotify, and other outside services take you to services with their own privacy practices. This website does not need your precise device location simply to display our address or directions links.

Perkville hosts Electric Rewards, including its rewards sign-in, points and voucher pages. Rewards links take you to Perkville, which has its own privacy and cookie practices.

7. Security and retention

We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No system guarantees absolute security. Protect your account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for account services, accounting, legal obligations, security and dispute resolution. Signed cancellation notices, signatures, receipts and related evidence are normally kept for five years after the latest verified notice-receipt, membership-end, paid-access-end or final related charge/refund date. Staff must verify the final dates before expiry; records with incomplete dates remain restricted for review. Rolling recovery backups normally expire after 90 days. We preserve the latest verified recovery copies, and a dispute, legal claim or preservation hold suspends deletion of affected records. Because recovery sets may contain multiple records, a hold may also pause backup rotation. Held information remains restricted until the hold is formally released, even when the normal period has passed. Deletion includes review of studio-controlled source, email and service copies under their applicable retention controls. A copy already delivered to a customer is outside our control. Limited deletion, suppression and audit metadata may remain to document compliance and prevent an erased record from returning through an old submission or backup. These markers do not retain the signed form, signature, email body or PDF. This cancellation schedule does not set the retention period for purchase agreements, participation waivers, tax records or all account information. Health details are kept only while needed for the participation concern or another specific legitimate obligation. We consider applicable requirements and preservation holds when handling deletion requests.

8. Your requests and account deletion

Email info@electriccyclestudio.com to request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of your information. For account deletion, use the subject “Account and Data Deletion Request” and include your name and account email. Do not send identification documents unless we request them through an appropriate process. We may verify your identity proportionately to protect your account.

The app also provides Profile → Personal Information → Delete Account. If an active membership, reservation, or pending transaction prevents self-service deletion, email us for help. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion. Deleting an app does not delete your account or cancel a membership; contact us about both when that is your intent.

Requests include associated health and fitness information, subject to limited lawful retention. We will explain applicable exceptions and respond within the time required by law. Additional privacy rights depend on the law that applies to you and our business; this policy does not assert that Electric meets the CCPA’s business-coverage thresholds.

9. Children and general fitness services

Our online services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from them. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 has provided information so we can investigate and take appropriate action. A parent or guardian should contact the studio about participation eligibility for a minor.

Electric’s services support general fitness. They are not medical services or medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.

10. Changes and contact

We update the date when this policy changes. Material changes receive additional notice or consent when required by law.
