Everyone deserves a clear path to the ride. Here is our accessibility target, what is still being tested, and how to reach a real person for help.
1. Our commitment
One Team. One Pack. means making it easier for people with different abilities to find information, contact our team, and join the Electric community. We are improving the accessibility of this website as part of its redesign.
2. Our target and current status
Our design target is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Work includes clear headings, readable contrast, descriptive links, keyboard access, form labels, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens.
The redesigned site has not completed a full accessibility evaluation, including assistive-technology testing of booking and checkout. We do not claim full WCAG conformance. We will update this statement as testing and improvements progress.
3. Get help or report a barrier
Email info@electriccyclestudio.com or call (661) 735-5418 if you have difficulty using the website, reading information, booking, or completing a purchase. Tell us the page or task, what went wrong, and your preferred way to receive a response. Device, browser, or assistive-technology details are helpful but optional.
Do not include passwords, payment-card details, or detailed medical information. We will work with you on an appropriate way to access the information or service. For a time-sensitive reservation, call the studio.
4. Optional tools and third-party services
We retain the UserWay accessibility widget as an optional aid. It does not replace accessible design, manual testing, or assistance from our team.
Booking, accounts, and checkout use Mariana Tek. Streaming and some linked services are supplied by other providers. Their accessibility may differ, and complete end-to-end testing is still pending. If a barrier prevents you from completing a task, contact us so we can help and report it to the relevant provider.
5. Planning your visit
Find us at 3437 Buena Vista Road, Suite 100, in Belcourt Village, Southwest Bakersfield. Coming from north of White Lane, cross White Lane on Buena Vista Road and use the entrance on the right. Coming from south of White Lane, use the light at Park Square Drive.

6. Ongoing review
We are reviewing the redesigned site across desktop and mobile layouts, keyboard navigation, forms, and external booking journeys. We will document unresolved barriers and revisit this statement as the site changes. Statement reviewed October 13, 2026.
