Our standard membership policy requires 30 days’ notice. Your notice starts when we receive your submission or cancellation email, not when our team replies. You do not need to call to start the notice period.

Dues, charges, and fees that are validly due under your existing membership agreement during the notice period remain payable. Standard memberships renew every 28 days; Flex memberships renew every 14 days. More than one scheduled payment may fall within 30 days. An existing minimum commitment applies only to the extent permitted by your agreement and law.

We will confirm your membership end date, any final charge amounts and dates, and your final date of access by email. Access covered by a payment may extend beyond the notice period; this does not create an extra renewal solely to finish that paid period.

If you move more than 25 miles from the studio and cannot transfer to a comparable facility, statutory cancellation and prorated refund rights may apply without the ordinary 30-day notice. To verify a relocation request, provide your new residential address, move date, and one reasonable document confirming the move, such as a lease, utility bill, official address-change confirmation, employer relocation letter, or other reliable evidence. You may redact unrelated sensitive information. We accept reasonable alternatives if standard documents are unavailable. You may submit cancellation notice before providing documentation; we record the original receipt date and review the request promptly. Verification does not delay or limit any cancellation or refund right required by law. No relocation cancellation fee applies.

This notice does not add a new payment authorization, extend your commitment, or waive any right to an earlier cancellation, refund, or billing dispute available under your agreement or applicable law. You can report a billing error to info@electriccyclestudio.com.
