HOW REWARDS WORK.

  1. JOIN & EARN.

    Join Electric Rewards with the email you use to book rides. Joining is required before you can earn or redeem points.

    JOIN ELECTRIC REWARDS

  2. CHOOSE.

    Build your balance through attended rides, eligible purchases and milestones. Check each reward’s points, conditions and availability.

  3. REDEEM.

    Redeeming uses your points and creates a voucher. Open My Vouchers and follow the instructions, including any expiration date, to use your reward.

  • Class attended+5 points
  • Every $1 spent on eligible retail, food or drink+1 point
  • Birthday+100 points
  • Membership anniversary, each year+50 points
ATTENDANCE BONUSES & MILESTONES

Attend 5 classes in one week for a 5-point bonus. Attend 15 classes in one month for a 25-point bonus.

How do I join or sign in?

Choose Mariana Tek on the Perkville sign-in screen to use your Electric account.

Use the same email associated with your Electric account and complete the Rewards joining steps. Your Electric booking account does not automatically enroll you in Rewards. First-time joining includes one 50-point welcome bonus.

Where are my points and vouchers?

In Perkville, Points shows your balance and recent activity. My Vouchers shows the rewards you have claimed, with instructions and any expiration date.

Can I use rewards in the Electric app?

Yes. Open the rewards section in the Electric app to view your existing Perkville points balance and reward vouchers. Use the same email for Electric Rewards on the website and in the app.

What if I’m missing points?

Email info@electriccyclestudio.com using the email associated with your Electric account. Include the class or purchase you’d like us to check.
