Standard booking opens Sunday at 5 PM Pacific for one new Monday–Sunday class week, beginning eight days later. Eligible advance-booking accounts can book that same week on the Saturday before at 12 PM noon Pacific.

Choose Unlimited Flex at $65 per cycle or VIP Unlimited Flex at $75 per cycle. Both renew every 14 days, with a minimum commitment of 12 billing cycles (168 days).

Standard memberships and Express renew every 28 days. Flex memberships renew every 14 days. These are not calendar-month billing cycles. Review your selected plan’s price, commitment, renewal terms, and cancellation policy before purchasing.

Express is $89 every 28 days for unlimited 9 AM classes, Monday–Friday, with 1 guest pass per cycle.

For a longer prepaid routine, Silver is $399 for 90 days, Gold is $759 for 6 months, and Platinum is $1,499 for 1 year. These are one-time purchases with a fixed access period. See the store for each plan’s full benefits and terms.

The free five-class intro includes 5 rides for first-time riders with no reservation history. Credits expire 15 days after purchase, and the offer is limited to one per person. A late cancellation or no-show uses one of those credits.

Standard Electric Unlimited and Electric VIP Unlimited memberships, billed every 28 days, each include 1 grace late cancellation per billing cycle. Flex memberships do not include grace late cancellations. No-shows are excluded from the grace benefit.

Cancel your reservation yourself in the app as soon as you know you cannot attend. If you have a grace cancellation remaining on your account, email info@electriccyclestudio.com to request its use. Emailing the studio does not cancel the reservation for you.

Cancel at least 12 hours before class. The standard late-cancel fee is $15 and the no-show fee is $20; the free five-class intro has the credit-use rule above. Read studio policies →

Single and advance-booking rides expire 30 days after purchase. The 4-ride pack expires after 60 days; 8- and 16-ride packs expire after 6 months. The free five-class intro expires after 15 days. Check the expiration shown before purchasing and in your account.

Submit your cancellation notice online. Your notice starts when received, not when our team replies. No phone call or feedback survey is required.

Email info@electriccyclestudio.com from the email on your account, with your name and a clear cancellation request. Keep a copy of your request.

Studio policy ordinarily requires 30 days’ notice, with valid charges due during that period remaining payable, subject to your agreement and applicable cancellation and refund rights. Your plan’s commitment may also apply. If you move more than 25 miles from the studio and cannot transfer to a comparable facility, statutory cancellation and prorated refund rights may apply without the ordinary notice period. Provide your new address, move date, and one reasonable supporting document; reasonable alternatives and redaction of unrelated sensitive information are accepted. You can submit notice before proof, and we preserve its original receipt date. Verification does not delay statutory rights; no relocation cancellation fee applies. See the full terms for details.
